Customer Service Representative

in Piraeus.

How you will Contribute:
 Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional
communication.
 Manage client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction
and retention.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs
and providing tailored support.
 Support daily operations by preparing and reviewing shipping documentation.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
 Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
and a high-quality customer experience.
What We’re Looking For in You:
 Previous experience in a similar customer service or logistics role will be considered an asset.
 Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
 Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle requests effectively and professionally.
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily workload efficiently.
